Construire un AR nécessite une sélection minutieuse des composants. EGW a passé la majorité de son temps à trouver la meilleure crosse, la meilleure poignée, les optiques et le meilleur déclencheur, mais le reste du kit de pièces inférieures semble toujours être une réflexion après coup. Ils ont constaté qu'il y avait un vide sur le marché pour un kit de pièces inférieures de haute qualité, usiné à partir de matériaux solides et résistants à la corrosion, fabriqué aux États-Unis, alors ils se sont mis au travail. Les conceptions ont été finalisées, les matériaux sélectionnés et les revêtements testés. EGW est ravi d'annoncer ses pièces inférieures EVOLVED AR. Quand tu es le fabricant, et pas seulement un assembleur, tu as un contrôle total sur la façon dont tes produits sont conçus, fabriqués et finis. Tous les composants (à l'exception des ressorts) de ce kit sont usinés en interne à partir de barres en acier inoxydable 4140 ou en aluminium 7075 T6. Après les usinages, ils sont envoyés à une installation de traitement thermique locale, puis envoyés pour un revêtement QPQ. Building an AR requires careful component selection. EGW spent most of its time finding the best stock, grip, optics and trigger, but the rest of the lower parts kit always feels like an afterthought. They felt that there was a hole in the market for a US made, machined from solid, high quality, corrosion resistant lower parts kit, so they went to work. The designs have been finalized, materials selected, and coatings tested. EGW is excited to announce, their EVOLVED AR Lower Parts. When you are the manufacturer, not just an assembler, you have full control over how your products are designed, manufactured and finished. All of the components (aside from the springs) in this kit are machined in house from 4140 tool steel barstock or 7075 T6 aluminum. After they machine them, they are sent to a local heat treating facility and then sent off for a QPQ coating. All of the springs are stainless steel to help prevent rusting. EGW springs are made from stainless steel to help prevent corrosion. EGW knows you are going to pick out your own trigger, trigger guard and safety selector anyway, so they left them out (for now).
