EGW a identifié le besoin d'un montage de lunette picatinny plus court, plus léger et robuste, et c'est ce qu'ils ont créé. Après d'innombrables heures de prototypage et de tests, le montage Hunter est né. Caractéristiques : aluminium 7075 T6 pour une construction extrêmement durable tout en étant légère. L'anodisation dure de type III protège le montage contre tout ce que la nature peut lui infliger. Les bords chanfreinés offrent une chasse sans accroc. Une longueur globale compacte réduit son poids de 15 % par rapport à nos autres montages Heavy Duty. Ce montage est livré avec un biseau des deux côtés, le rendant ambidextre. Le motif de boulons sur le montage Remington 700 Long Action s'adapte aux fusils Remington 700 Long Action (exemple 30-06, 300 Win mag), ainsi qu'aux modèles 740 et 40x. Malgré ce que vous avez pu entendre, le montage Remington 700 NE s'adaptera pas à votre Howa 1500 ou Weatherby Vanguard. Le motif de boulons est similaire, mais le reste du montage (port d'éjection, longueur, etc.) le rend inutilisable sur ces deux armes. EGW recommande de mesurer l'espacement des trous dans votre récepteur pour confirmer qu'il correspond aux dimensions publiées. Les fentes transversales picatinny s'étendent sur toute la longueur du rail, ce qui offre au tireur une flexibilité lors du montage des anneaux de lunette et d'autres accessoires. Le canal au centre réduit la masse globale du montage. De plus, dans de nombreux cas, il n'entravera pas l'utilisation des organes de visée en fer d'origine. Les montages de lunette en une seule pièce d'EGW sont le choix évident pour les chasseurs et les tireurs tactiques. Ils les usinent dans leur atelier en utilisant l'un de leurs centres d'usinage. Après usinage, les montages sont vibrés, sablés et anodisés de type III pour une durabilité à long terme. Installation : EGW recommande un couple de 20 pouces-lbs et une goutte de loctite bleue (loctite vendu séparément). EGW recommande : 0 MOA - si vous tirez de 0 à 500 yards 20 MOA - si vous tirez de 500 à 1000 yards Lors du réglage de votre fusil avec un montage de 20 MOA, EGW recommande de régler à 200 yards. Introducing the newest addition to the EGW lineup: The Hunter series picatinny scope mount. EGW saw the need for a shorter, lighter, heavy duty, picatinny scope mount and this is what they came up with. After countless hours of prototyping and testing, the Hunter mount was born. Featuring: 7075 T6 aluminum for an extremely durable yet lightweight construction. Type III hardcoat anodizing protects the mount from whatever nature can throw at it. Chamfered edges provide a snag free hunt. A compact overall length sheds 15% of its weight compared to our other Heavy Duty mounts. This mount comes standard with a bevel on both sides making it ambidextrous. The bolt pattern on the Remington 700 Long Action mount fits Long Action Remington 700 rifles (example 30-06, 300 Win mag), as well as the 740 and 40x. Despite what you may have heard, the Remington 700 mount will NOT fit your Howa 1500 or Weatherby Vanguard. The bolt pattern is similar, but the remainder of the mount (ejection port, length, etc.) renders it useless on these two guns. EGW recommends measuring the hole spacing in your receiver to confirm it matches with the dimensions they have published. Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, which gives the shooter flexibility when mounting scope rings and other accessories. The channel in the center reduces the overall mass of the mount. Also, in many cases, it will not obstruct usage of factory iron sights. EGW's one-piece scope mounts are the obvious choice for hunters and tactical shooters alike. They machine these in our shop using one of their machining centers. After machining, the mounts are tumbled, sand blasted, and Type III anodized for long lasting durability. Installation: EGW recommends 20 inch lbs of torque and a drip of blue loctite (loctite is sold separately). EGW recommends: 0 MOA - if shooting 0-500 yards 20 MOA - if shooting 500-1000 yards When zeroing your rifle with a 20 MOA mount, EGW recommends zeroing at 200 yards. The entire mount and accessories (from the mounting screws and wrench down to the packaging) are made in the USA.
